This policy explains how Westpay Global Resources Limited, trading as Banr, uses cookies and similar technologies on getbanr.com, the Banr web app, the Banr mobile app and our marketing emails. Please read it with our Privacy Policy.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files saved on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels in emails and software development kits (SDKs) in mobile apps. We call all of these "cookies" in this policy.

3. The cookies we use

5. In the mobile app

The app doesn’t use browser cookies, but it uses SDKs for crash reporting, security, notifications and analytics. Security and crash reporting are essential. We ask for your permission before turning on non-essential analytics in the app.

6. In our emails

Our marketing emails may contain pixels that tell us whether an email was opened. You can block this by turning off images in your email app, or stop marketing emails entirely with the unsubscribe link.

7. Managing your choices

Our cookie banner: when you first visit, choose Accept all, Reject all or Manage preferences. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.
Change your mind: click Cookie settings in the footer of any page.
Your browser: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop the web app working.
Your phone: you can reset your advertising ID or limit ad tracking in your phone’s privacy settings.

We keep a record of your choice for 12 months, then ask you again.

We’ll update this policy when we change the cookies we use. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
